1 General Terms & Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5 Betting Rules & Regulations

Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (multi-accounting).
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or technical glitches.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Aq990 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of a rule violation.

Voluntary Account Closure:

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closure. Once the account is closed, the ability to claim any remaining balance is limited.

Self-Exclusion:

If you want to take a break from gaming for a set period, use the self-exclusion feature. It can be set from 30 days up to a permanent ban. No bonuses or promotions will be sent during an active self-exclusion period.
